POWRS Publications
POWRS volunteers have written a number of fact sheets, articles, and letters to the editor on retirement security topics. These counter the misinformation about the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) put out by politicians and the media.
We also have written a proposal (called a white paper) to create a defined benefit retirement program for private employers and employees in Wisconsin modeled on the WRS.
All our publications are intended to educate the public about WRS and retirement security issues. They are not copyrighted and may be used freely by other individuals and organizations to advance the protection of WRS and to promote retirement security for everyone.
